A STUNNING REGENCY STYLE GILT BRONZE AND CRYSTAL BEADED CHANDELIER, EARLY 20TH CENTURY,

with a circular leaf tip cast corona surmounted by nicely detailed flowering vasiform acanthus pendants above bow-tied ribbons suspending fruiting leafy garlands, over long graduated faceted bead strands flaring to two twist lappet panel modeled rings, centering a band of rectangular cut crystals topped by fruit cluster filled acanthus leaf wreath pendants suspending bow-ribbon tied fruiting swags, over ropes of tapering faceted crystal beads in bowl form and gathered at the center by a tiered circular bronze cap of lappet paneled and foliate detailed bands enclosing a berry and leaves cast pendant, enclosing an interior nickel chrome and aluminum twelve-light electrical fitting. Height: 41" Diameter: 27"   

Provenance:Private Collection, Galveston, Texas.

Condition:

Good condition with normal buildup in crevices throughout, light wear on some crystal beads and oxidized spots on some of the bronzes.
