A PAIR OF AMERICAN CLASSICAL SINGLE LIGHT BRONZE ARGAND LAMPS, ATTRIBUTED TO CLARK, COIT AND CARGILL, NEW YORK, SECOND QUARTER 19TH CENTURY,

each with a rectangular columnar pedestal surmounted by an Ionic capital supporting a palm leaf banded stem issuing a curved reeded arm with reticulated scrolling bracket, ending in a shaped circular pendant ring suspending Colonial paired snowflake and blossom prisms, beneath a foliate detailed shade ring and chimney cage, fueled by a covered urn form font with a removable pierced pendant ring with two triangular bearded classical mask handles, above matching Colonial prisms centering a twist leaf fruiting finial, raised on a conforming scrolling footed base.

Condition:

Over all good condition, bronze has areas of polish residue and discolorations.
