the ebonized top over a cavetto frieze drawer above a fall front opening to an interior fitted with a long paper drawer, above a curly maple breakfront cubby, over a central drawer flanked by four bird's eye maple drawers, above an inset gilt tooled black leather writing surface, above three long drawers, each lock fitted with a neoclassical style amphora form escutcheon, the whole raised on a wide plinth and ogee feet.

Condition:

Apparently refinished and restored on interior, mild expected wear, some filled inlay areas, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
